鉴于甲方将在乌兹别克斯坦的塔什干市铁路枢纽中心建设大型货运站，愿意购买由乙方制造的型号为 的建筑起重机和附属设备，并按照合同约定支付相关价款；

Whereas Party A will build a large freight terminal in the railway center of the city of Tashkent, Uzbekistan, and are willing to order the construction cranes with the ancillary equipment of the type of which manufactured by Party B and to effect payment of the relevant price as stipulated in the contract.

鉴于乙方制造甲方需要订购型号的建筑起重机和附属设备并负责安装到甲方指定工地，承担售后服务，并按照合同约定收取相关价款；

Whereas Party B manufactures the construction cranes and ancillary equipment of the type which ordered by Party A and is responsible for the installation thereof at the site designated by Party A, in addition to undertake after-sales service and collect the relevant price in accordance with the contract.

因此，双方经友好协商，遵循平等、自愿、公平和诚实信用的原则，就本合同约定的建筑起重机械的安装、顶升、附着、售后服务事项协商一致,订立本合同。

Therefore, the parties hereto, through friendly consultation between the parties hereto, following the principles of equality, voluntariness, fairness and honesty and credit, conclude this contract on the installation, jacking, attachment and after-sales service of construction cranes as stipulated herein.

1、设备到场后，乙方必须派遣专业技术人员到甲方现场进行安装并负责指导塔机调试事宜。

1、Party B shall, upon arrival of the equipment at the site, arrange the professional technical personnel to the Party A’s site for installation and is responsible for guiding the commissioning of the tower crane.

2、在设备进场前 天, 乙方向甲方提供设备的基础图纸，准备齐全安装、顶升、附着、维护保养等施工作业中所需的满足工作要求的设备、吊具、索具、工具、仪器。

2、In the days before the equipment is delivered to the site,

Party B shall, days prior to the equipment’s entering the site, provide Party A with the foundation drawings of the equipment and prepare a complete set of equipment, spreaders, rigging, tools and instruments which required for installation, jacking, attachment, maintenance and other construction operations to meet the work requirements.
